What is an ADR?
An American Depositary Receipt (ADR) allows US investors to invest in companies based outside the United States. Each Air New Zealand ADR represents five ordinary shares, is issued by Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas and trades in US dollars. ADRs are also sometimes called American Depositary Shares (ADS).
