1.General
1.1 The Koru Club Programme is a membership programme offered by Air New Zealand.
1.2 By applying for Koru Club membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern membership to the Koru Club Programme.
1.3 Membership to the Koru Club Programme is not interchangeable with membership to any other programme or club.
1.4 We draw your attention to the following provisions in these Terms and Conditions:
2.Application for Koru Club membership
2.1 Applicants for Koru Club membership must apply online or present a fully completed Koru Club membership application form to Air New Zealand and pay the Membership Fee and Joining Fee. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for Koru Club membership. If your application is declined, your Membership Fee and Joining Fee may be considered for a refund, at the discretion of Air New Zealand. If we accept your application, we may issue you with a digital or physical Koru Club Card on which your name, Koru Club membership number and expiry date will be visible.
2.2 A Koru Club Member may only hold one type of Koru Club membership at any one time. Membership of the Koru Club Programme is personal to the Koru Club Member and is not transferable to any other person.
3.No Refund
3.1 The Membership Fee and Joining Fee are both non-refundable. The Koru Extra Guest (formerly known as Guest Card) price and any other Add-on Fee or Koru Club Programme Product pricing (including any physical item cost) are also non-refundable. Existing 'Partner Members' are able to renew their 'Partner Membership' provided that the primary Koru Club membership (that is linked to the 'Partner's Membership') has not expired and the 'Partner Membership' has not lapsed. Existing 'Partner Members' have reduced Koru Club Benefits as compared to Individual Membership as 'Partner Members' do not have any Guest entitlements and cannot purchase Guest cards or Koru Extra Guest (formerly known as Guest Card).
5. Membership Fees
5.1 Membership Fees are based on Koru Club membership type and duration. Applicants for new Koru Club membership must pay a Joining Fee in addition to their Membership Fee. A secondary, joint or additional cardholder may not be eligible for this Membership Fee discount and/or Joining Fee. Any Membership Fee discount and/or Joining Fee waivers are subject to change in accordance with Clause 5.4 and the issuing credit card provider's terms and conditions for the product.
