Manage, change or cancel flight bookings

You can view, change or cancel your flight, add an extra bag, select your seat, request a copy of your electronic ticket and more.

NZ domestic flexibility

If you have NZ domestic bookings with flights scheduled to depart between 28 February and 7 March 2021, you can change your date of departure for the same route free of charge for travel through to Sunday 14 March 2021. These changes can be made below, but if there is a fare difference our Customer Services team will get this waived for you.

Credit validity

Travel continues to be challenging, so we've extended our credit validity to make things a bit easier. All credits are now valid to book new flights until 30 June 2022.

Your credit will be for the full cost of your unused ticket. You have until 30 June 2022 to rebook, and 12 months to complete your travel from the time you make the booking.

  • If you booked through a travel agent, please ask them to manage your changes
  • Please note, if you purchased a non-refundable ticket, it remains non-refundable unless local legislation requires a refund to be made available
