International Koru Lounges

We look forward to welcoming you to our Air New Zealand International Koru Lounges located across New Zealand,  Australia and the Pacific Islands, so whether you’re travelling for work, or taking some time out to enjoy a holiday, you’ll have a place to pause and rest along your journey.

• Koru Club members, Koru Platinum Nominees, Koru Black Nominees and Koru Family Nominees must be travelling on an Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flight.
• Air New Zealand customers connecting to or from an international Air New Zealand Business Premier flight on the same ticket, are entitled to lounge access prior to departure. Must be travelling on a through-ticketed journey, departing on an Air New Zealand ticket (starting with '086') and 'NZ' marketed and operated flight.
• Access for Koru Silver members using a Lounge Voucher is subject to space being available. If the lounge is full, access will not be available. This also includes alternative lounges.

• Guest access is subject to space on the day. 
• Children are those aged between 3 and 17 inclusive.
• Infants aged 2 years and under travelling with an eligible lounge customer may access our Koru Lounges subject to space availability.
• Koru Club members have the option to purchase a Koru Club Extra Guest add-on which allows the member to bring an additional guest into a Koru Lounge when space is available.
