*The number of Airpoints and Status Points you earn is additional to those earned with a seat only ticket. Eligible for Airpoints and Status Points unless purchased with Airpoints. Tickets booked in F class (some grabaseat greenlight fares) are eligible for Status Points only.
There are no service fees for changes made online. Charges are quoted in New Zealand Dollars. For charges in other currencies, please get in touch with us.
Excess baggage charges apply if baggage allowance exceeded. Infant strollers and car seats are permitted free of charge for all fare types when accompanied with an infant. Infants are entitled to a 1 piece cabin baggage allowance but do not receive a checked baggage allowance. Tickets are not transferable to another person.
Passengers travelling on our ATR72 and Q300 flights under 45 minutes will be offered water and a snack only.
Subject at all times to Air New Zealand's obligations and passenger rights under any applicable law.
