Domestic check-in

• For travel within New Zealand, check-in closes 30 minutes before scheduled departure. 
• If you’re connecting to an international flight or your child is travelling alone, check-in closes 60 minutes before departure.

Allow enough time after check-in to go through security screening before your flight departs.

You’ll receive an email or app notification 24 hours before your flights scheduled departure time letting you know online check-in is open.  Online check-in closes 30 minutes before your flight departs. 

Once you’ve checked-in, we’ll email you your boarding pass.

You can check in at the check-in desk or a self-serve kiosk. At the kiosk you can print your boarding passes and bag tags.

Self-service kiosks are available if you are flying from the following locations.

North Island
