You can use your Airpoints on Air New Zealand, Star Alliance, and partner airline flights.

You must have enough Airpoints to cover the full flight cost, but any associated airport or government costs can be paid by credit card.

Using Airpoints for flights

To use your Airpoints for Air New Zealand, Star Alliance member airline, or partner airline flights, call our friendly customer care team with your Koru number ready.

You can also use your Airpoints for Air New Zealand seat products, such as Economy Skycouch or Economy Stretch, and extra bags. When you fly internationally with Air New Zealand, you can use your Airpoints on board to purchase a curated selection of beverages, including our wine offering
