How to tell if it’s really Air New Zealand
Scammers can make emails, websites, social media accounts and other communications look like they’re from Air New Zealand.
Before you respond or share any information, check the communication carefully. Look out for:
- requests for personal, account or payment information that you weren’t expecting
- links or website addresses that don’t look right
- messages asking you to act urgently or unexpectedly
- competitions, prizes or offers that seem suspicious
- social media accounts that may be impersonating Air New Zealand
