Christchurch Airport parking and valet

Start your journey with the convenience of valet parking at Christchurch Airport. Christchurch Airport Valet Park service is located a 1-minute walk from the terminal.

To redeem valet parking eVouchers at Christchurch Airport Valet Park, Koru Platinum, Koru Black and Westpac World customers will need to pre-book their valet parking at least 4 hours before arrival.

Drive-up valet parking is available when paying by credit or debit card. Christchurch Airport Valet Park is a cashless operation and does not accept cash.

Operating hours

Valet Park operates daily from 4:30am to 10:30pm, with a secure after-hours key collection lockbox. If you need parking prior to 4:30am, please use alternative Christchurch Airport parking options.

If your return flight arrives after 10:30pm, Christchurch Airport Valet Park will accommodate your late arrival by texting the phone number attached to your booking with a unique code and instructions on how to collect your car keys from a secured, after-hours lockbox.

Making changes to your scheduled arrival time

For any changes to your return into Christchurch, you will need to contact valetpark@christchurchairport.co.nz with your updated arrival date and time so they can ensure your vehicle is ready for your arrival.
If your rescheduled return to Christchurch is at a time outside of operating hours, please ensure you contact valetpark@christchurchairport.co.nz before 10:00pm NZST.

Christchurch Airport valet parking is located within the Christchurch Airport complex, beneath the air traffic control tower.

1. Coming in from Memorial Ave, take the third exit at the roundabout. Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the road around (past the Long Stay Carpark)
2. When you reach the pedestrian crossing, the turn into Valet is on your left. This is a shared entrance with Rentals
3. When you enter this space, drive to the covered walkway and turn right where you’ll see our Valet Kiosk
4. Please park in any car park in the Valet Park area and come into the Valet Kiosk where one of our team will welcome you.
