Start your journey with the convenience of valet parking at Auckland Airport. Air New Zealand customers can enjoy valet parking at the domestic terminal, while Koru members have exclusive access to valet parking at the international terminal. Simply drop off your vehicle and head straight to check-in.
While you're away, you can also take advantage of additional vehicle care services, including cleaning, grooming and mechanical work.
Domestic valet parking location
Please note: There is construction affecting Auckland Airport's domestic terminal parking due to the expansion of the regional airfield. Air New Zealand's Domestic Valet drop-off location is unchanged.

Directions:
- Enter Carpark O from Laurence Stevens Drive and take a ticket at the barrier.
- Follow the violet road markings through to the valet carpark, passing through a second barrier (no ticket required).
- Park and secure your vehicle in an Air New Zealand Valet-marked park.
- Drop your car key at the valet parking desk inside the domestic terminal.
- On your return, pick up your car key from the valet parking desk inside the domestic terminal. Your car will be waiting in the valet parking area outside.
Cars parked in error in Standard Carpark O may incur charges from Auckland Airport on exit

Directions:
- Enter Tom Pearce Drive from George Bolt Memorial Drive.
- Use the far right-hand lane, marked for Air New Zealand Valet and Car Rentals.
- Continue past the left three lanes directing traffic towards the Airport Transport Hub.
- Take the next left to access Air New Zealand Valet (opposite Airport Parking D).
- Scan your Koru card to pass through the barrier.
- Follow signage to the Air New Zealand Valet parking spaces.
- Park and secure your vehicle in an Air New Zealand Valet marked parking space.
- Drop your car key at the valet parking desk inside the international terminal.
- On your return, pick up your car key from the valet parking desk inside the international terminal. Your car will be waiting in the Air New Zealand Valet parking spaces.
