How it works
- Send us your group's trip details
- An Air New Zealand Group Travel Specialist will respond with a proposed itinerary and pricing
- Review your itinerary and request any changes
- Confirm your booking
Group travel booking benefits
- Reserve the number of seats you need, and confirm your group members later*
- Add members to your group, if there are seats available
- Secure your booking up to 11 months in advance with a deposit – we'll give you a due date for the balance
- Pay by credit card or internet banking
* Passenger names and passport details must be confirmed:
- at least 48 hours before domestic or short-haul flights
- at least 5 days before international or long-haul flights
