Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZ$150 cancellation fee for each one-way journey.

Business Premier: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZ$250 cancellation fee for each one-way journey.

For tickets issued on/after 10 December 2025:
Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZ$200 cancellation fee for each one-way journey.
Premium Economy: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZ$300 cancellation fee for each one-way journey.
Business Premier: Refundable (if cancelled one day or more prior to departure) subject to NZ$400 cancellation fee for each one-way journey.

F class (grabaseat™) Economy fares are non-refundable.

Results in cancellation of one-way fare. No refund.
