Fare finder panel
Higher security settings in Internet Explorer are known to disable the 'Search' button on the fare finder panel. To solve this problem, reduce your security settings to medium-high for Internet Explorer 7 or medium for Internet Explorer 6 (on the Security tab of Internet Options) or add Air New Zealand to the list of trusted sites and use the same or lower security settings.
Opening PDFs in Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0
If problems arise when opening a document within Internet Explorer, change your settings in this way:
- Close the IE browser
- Go to the Start menu on your computer, find and open Adobe Reader
- From the Edit Menu in Adobe Reader, choose Preferences > Internet
- Uncheck the "Display PDF in browser" box in the Web Browser Options section and click OK
- The PDF file should now automatically open in Adobe Reader.
