Airpoints™

Business Saver: Eligible for accrual of Airpoints Dollars or frequent flyer miles/points with airline partners (may not apply to sectors not operated by Air New Zealand). Eligible for Status Points accrual.

Cancellation

Business Saver: Before departure, refundable less $500 cancellation fee per adult and child: infant fares are fully-refundable. Once travel has commenced, fare becomes non-refundable (including any fuel surcharges); may be used as a credit towards payment of another Air New Zealand fare provided the new fare is greater or equal to the value available for exchange. For no-shows, $150 charge will apply. EXCEPTION: Tickets are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation and the reservation is made at least 7 days (168 hours) before departure of the first flight in the itinerary.

Business Saver: 3 pieces per person (excluding infants) - up to 23kg (50lbs) each on Air New Zealand operated and ticketed flights. Excess baggage charges apply.

Business Value: 3 pieces per person (excluding infants) - up to 23kg (50lbs) each on Air New Zealand operated and ticketed flights. Excess baggage charges apply.

Changes/Restrictions

Business Saver: $400 change fee per adult and child applies. Infant fares can be changed free of charge. Additional payment may also be required if the original fare is not available or applicable. Tickets are not transferable to another person. Service fees apply. Note: Where the cancellation and change conditions differ between the outbound and return journeys, then the most restrictive conditions will apply for the whole journey.

Eligible for Airpoints Dollars™, Status Points accrual and Companion Tickets except when purchased with Airpoints Dollars.

Changes/Restrictions

Flight changes permitted at any time. When making changes to a booking, a service fee will apply. New ticket must be of equal or greater value.Tickets are not transferable to another person.

Cancellation

Fully refundable, unless changed from a Smart Saver or Flexi Saver fare when only the upgraded portion is refundable.
