Elite and Gold members when travelling on an NZ flight number operated by Virgin Atlantic will enjoy:
- Priority check-in
- Priority baggage
- An extra additional checked baggage allowance (one piece up to 23kg)
Departing London Heathrow or San Francisco: Airpoints Gold and Elite members, plus one guest, may access Virgin Atlantic lounges only when departing on a booking with an NZ flight number when operated by Virgin Atlantic. Star Alliance lounges cannot be accessed when travelling on Virgin Atlantic operated flights.
Departing Los Angeles: As an Airpoints Elite or Gold member, Star Alliance lounges cannot be accessed when travelling on Virgin Atlantic operated flights.
