1) Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.

Conditions of Entry

The "Win a trip to New Zealand Sweepstake" (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Air New Zealand Limited ("Promoter")

1. HOW TO ENTER:

Participants must visit https://airnewzealand.com/nz-traveler-sweeps and submit their name and contact information between 14 April, 2026, 7am – 9pm EDT.

Participants may only enter once, and entries received outside of the above-mentioned time, will be invalid.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to any individual who is:

• a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Rhode Island

• twenty-one (21) years of age and older as of the drawing;

• not an employee of Promoter, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other coordinating agencies involved in the development, implementation and distribution of the Promotion, or an immediate family member or are living in the same household of such an employee.

No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. Void where taxed, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law.

How to Enter:

1) Promotion commences at 7.00am, 14 April 2026 and closes 9.00pm, 14 April 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this time will be ineligible for entry. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the length or duration of the Promotional Period at any time.

2) Eligible participants who locate the launch event site during the Promotional Period must check-in at the iPad provided onsite or scan the QR code and complete the following steps ("Check In"):

a) complete a quiz according to the instructions provided on screen. The quiz is intended to indicate to the participant what type of New Zealand traveler they are and where they would be best suited to visit in New Zealand.

b) provide participant's first and last name;

c) provide participant's email address;

d) acceptance of the Promotion Terms & Conditions; and

e) tap the "Enter" button into the competition form.

3) There is a limit of one entry per person.

4) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

5) All eligible participants who Check In at the launch event site will go into the prize draw to win one prize of $4,800USD worth of Air New Zealand flights booked online directly through Air New Zealand. The winner of the prize will receive $4,800USD Air New Zealand travel credit assigned to a reference number and the winner's surname (Prize). Travel must be booked and redeemed online for flight bookings via airnewzealand.com. The winner will have 12 months from the date of credit issue to book a flight, and up to a further 12 months to travel. Where the value of the credit is more than the cost of the flight being purchased, the cost of the flight will be deducted from your credit balance. The remaining balance may be used to purchase additional flights at a future time, provided the credit is still valid at the relevant time. The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (in this clause), including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, visas, insurance and all other incidentals. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6) Odds of winning the Prize stated above depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase of any good or service of the Promoter is necessary to enter the Promotion and will not improve the participants chances of winning.

7) The winner will be randomly drawn from one prize pool on or around Wednesday 15 April 2026, 12:00noon EDT.

8) As a condition of being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner may be required to sign and return, within the time specified by the Promoter, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release, where lawful.

9) The winner of the Prize draw will be notified using the email address provided at Check In. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a prize draw winner within 5 business days following the Promotional Period, the Prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted.

10) The Promoter does not guarantee that all persons who attend the Check In site during the Promotional Period will be able to complete Check In, including due to capacity, technical issues, safety concerns, or weather.

11) The Promoter reserves the right to end the Promotional Period early for safety reasons or weather events.

General Prize Terms & Conditions

12) The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the number and value of prize amounts throughout the Promotional Period.

13) All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions of Carriage, to view visit https://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/conditions-of-carriage. Prize travel will not be eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™ or Status Points and cannot be used in conjunction with Air New Zealand's Airpoints™ Programme or any other carriers' frequent flyer schemes.

14) The winner is responsible for ensuring they have met all the necessary passport, entry document and visa requirements.

15) Details provided by prize winners upon entry will be verified by the Promoter to validate they are an eligible participant. If a winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, a replacement prize winner will be drawn.

16) Prizes cannot be converted into cash and are not exchangeable or transferable.

17) If a winner is unable to use the Prize within a year of issue for any reason, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no cash alternative, substitute prize, compensation, or extension of the Travel Period will be provided, except where required by applicable law.

18) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

19) All dates and times are in EDT.

20) Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21) The Promoter assumes no responsibility to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.

22) Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs or expenses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any prizes offered, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

23) The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. 24) Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement that the Promoter and its designees may use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and city/state of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice or compensation, subject to the winner's execution of any documents reasonably requested by the Promoter, including a written publicity release where required by law.
