Fares are valid for travel Monday to Thursday on each trans-Pacific sector. A surcharge of USD $50 each way in Economy/USD $100 each way in Premium Economy/ USD $250 each way in Business Premier applies for travel Friday to Sunday. Exception: No weekend surcharges apply for travel from Chicago and Honolulu.
Children/Infants: Children discounts are not applicable. Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 100% of the adult fare. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare. Only one infant discount per adult passenger.
Stopovers: One free stopover is included in Auckland in each direction (additional airport or government taxes or fees may apply). 2 additional stopovers are permitted in each direction at USD $100 each plus any additional airport or government taxes or fees that may apply. Stopovers must be purchased at the same time as the international airfare. Routings must be in a continuous direction with no backtracking permitted.
Changes/Cancellations: Economy fares have a change fee of USD $100 (fare difference may apply) and are non-refundable. Premium Economy fares have no change fees (fare difference may apply) and are refundable minus a USD $400 cancellation fee. Business Premier fares have no change fees (fare difference may apply) and are refundable minus a USD $500 cancellation fee. All fares may be held in credit towards the purchase of a new Air New Zealand fare, provided the cancellation is made prior to the original departure date.
Payment & Ticketing: Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with a credit card. Prices are in US dollars and offer is available in the US only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. Under the fare rules of all fare types (excluding full price fares) we are not able to provide rebooking with a refund of the difference in price if a lower fare becomes available.
