SilkAir is the regional wing of Singapore Airlines. We have a codeshare relationship with SilkAir on their flights between Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Earning Airpoints Dollars™ and Status Points
Airpoints members can earn Airpoints Dollars on SilkAir flights when booked with a flight number beginning with 'MI' (SilkAir) or 'NZ' (Air New Zealand).
Status Points are not able to be earned on SilkAir operated flights, including Air New Zealand codeshare flight numbers.

Booking classes that are not mentioned are not eligible for accrual.
Booking classes on flights booked with an Air New Zealand flight number and operated by SilkAir will correspond to the SilkAir booking classes and may not be eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars.
Airpoints members can spend Airpoints Dollars on SilkAir flights by purchasing reward tickets through our contact centre. If the flight has an NZ flight number you can also book it online using Airpoints Dollars.
Lounge access
There is no lounge access available for Elite or Gold members travelling on flights operated by SilkAir.

There are no other benefits available for Elite or Gold members travelling on flights operated by SilkAir.
There are no benefits available for Elite Partner members travelling on flights operated by SilkAir.
There are no benefits available for Koru members travelling on flights operated by SilkAir.
Terms and conditions
Certain booking classes on partner airlines are not eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars or Status Points. On a partner airline flight, Airpoints Dollars and Status Points may be earned on a flight by flight basis rather than a journey basis. Booking class eligibility and earning rates are subject to change without notice and any changes will apply based on the date you travel. This information does not apply to other airline code shares.
