While most of our customers never experience any difficulties, should you do so you can be assured we are here for you. Whatever the issue, if you purchased your package through Air New Zealand Vacations, you have the backing of our Customer Care programme.
Should a problem with a service provider occur, we encourage you to discuss the issue directly to give them the chance to resolve it. However, if an issue isn't resolved to your satisfaction, simply call Air New Zealand Vacations Customer Care and we'll endeavour to get things sorted out as fast as possible. If a resolution can't be found, we'll quickly make alternative arrangements for you, or we'll refund your money for the disputed travel component, subject to our booking conditions.
Please don't delay contacting us, as it becomes more difficult to provide a refund or compensation after the service has been provided. What's more, the sooner the issue is resolved, the sooner you'll be back out there having the time of your life.
