Discover New Zealand.

Haere mai. Welcome to pure, unique New Zealand. Over 100 million years of isolation have helped to create this unique and unspoilt land, and now there are countless ways to experience it. From New Zealand's native songbirds to its impressive mountain scenery; early colonial history to modern wineries.

The most difficult question you will ask yourself in planning this trip is where to start!

Learn about the dramatic beginnings of European settlement in the historic and picturesque Bay of Islands towns of Russell and Waitangi. Relive the 1860s gold rush by visiting Arrowtown in the Southern Lakes district and exploring the remains of gold diggings in the Central Otago area.

South Island. In Rotorua you can experience the unique lifestyle of the Maori people. Visit Cape Reinga, the northern most tip of New Zealand where Maori believe the spirits of the dead take a last rest before beginning the long journey back to their ancestral homeland, Hawaiki.

Perhaps you may be looking to indulge in a winery experience that will have you sample some of New Zealand's best wines and take the ferry from Auckland to Waiheke Island. Tour the vineyards of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and red wine growers.  Beyond Auckland, cycle the wine trail of the flat Hawkes Bay region in the central North Island or fly into Wellington, and drive over to Martinborough, noted for its Pinot Noir.  Head to the South Island of New Zealand, and take a wine tour of the Marlborough region, known for its Riesling and Chardonnay along with exploring the Central Otago region's cool climate vineyards.

If it is adventure and the great outdoors you're after, look no further than the North Islands, Mount Ruapehu and the South Island's Queenstown, Wanaka and Christchurch located ski fields.  Why not also go fishing in Taupo, kayaking in the Abel Tasman National park, bungy jumping, jet-boating or a casual round of golf in Queenstown.

Combine New Zealand's adventure playground with some of the country's most unique natural wonders including the Tongariro Crossing, Fiordland's spectacular Milford Sound and Rotorua's geothermal area and experience a once in a lifetime vacation!
