Feeding and Caring for Your Infant
Long-Haul Services
You are welcome to bring your own baby food and feeding equipment on board your flight. Our cabin crew are happy to prepare, heat and wash bottles whenever needed, however please note there are no sterilising facilities on board the aircraft. If you do not wish to carry your own supply of baby food on board, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will supply an infant meal. Customers travelling with a baby on these services also receive a baby care kit containing wipes, baby lotion, a bib and a souvenir teddy bear. We also have a limited supply of drinking cups and milk formula available for emergency use.
Tasman and Pacific¹ Flights
Infant and children meals are not available on Tasman or Pacific¹ flights unless travelling in business class. However, you are welcome to bring your own baby food and feeding equipment on board.
