Trave within New Zealand will be in economy class. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Taxes - Fare includes fuel surcharge. Payment & Ticketing - Ticket must be purchased at least 2 days prior to departure. Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. Only USA based credit cards with USA billing addresses are accepted. Prices are in US dollars and offer is available in the USA only. Electronic Tickets will be issued on all eligible routes and sent to the email address provided in the booking process. Flights with Air New Zealand (NZ) designator qualify for electronic tickets. If paper ticket(s) are required these will be sent to the credit card billing address only. No waitlists are permitted. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this, prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebooking if a lower fare becomes available.
Changes are permitted for $100 change penalty subject to booking class availability. A service fee of $50 USD per transaction will apply to changes. Stopovers - free stopovers permitted at Los Angeles or San Francisco gateway,Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Queenstown, Cook Islands, Samoa and Tonga. Unlimited additional stopoevers permitted at $140 each per NZ routing. Please note that flights through the Islands will not offer Pacific Premium Class cabin. Note: Service between Los Angeles and Nadi, Fiji will be operated by Air Pacific from 25 Apr 08.
Frequent Flyer - Frequent Flyer accrual is permitted with this fare type.
Minimum/Maximum stays - No minimum stay requirement, maximum stay is one year.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children 2-11 years pay 75% of the base fare and pay the full fuel surcharge of $180. Accompanied infants under two years of age not occupying a seat pay 10%.
