6.1 You must complete the check-in process sufficiently in advance of flight departure to permit completion of any Government formalities and departure procedures, and in any event not later than any minimum time specified by us.

6.2 You must be present at the boarding gate and on board the aircraft no later than the times specified by us.

6.3 We may cancel the space reserved for you if you have not checked-in, your have failed to arrive at the boarding gate or failed to board the aircraft in accordance with paragraphs 6.1 and 6.2.

6.4 Neither we nor Our Operators will be liable to you for any loss or expense arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of this Article 6.
