What is 'Online Services' and what does this section offer?
Online Services is your personalised area of the Air New Zealand website. This section allows you to access and maintain information that relates to your Air New Zealand Airpoints™ account.
Bonuses for Airpoints members:
If you are an Air New Zealand Airpoints™ member, you can also attach your Airpoints number to your Online Services profile which will enable you to:
- View your Airpoints account activity for the last 12 months
- Check your current tier status
- Find out the number of Airpoints Dollars™ you'll need to earn in order to retain your tier status or be upgraded to another tier status.
- The number of complimentary upgrades you have left to use (if you're a Silver, Gold or Gold Elite member).
How to access Online Services:
In order to view the new Online Services section, you may need to re-register. You can do this by selecting the 'Register now' link from the Airpoints Members Login panel on http://www.airnewzealand.com/airpoints/default.htm and following the steps as outlined.
