Exclusive Check-In Facilities
Your Koru Club Membership gives you access to priority check-in facilities. As well as having access to dedicated check-in counters in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, Koru Club members can utilise Business Class check-in facilities when travelling on Air New Zealand operated flights departing from any other airport.
When travelling domestically within New Zealand you can check-in in our lounges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown airports.
Complimentary Airpoints Membership
As a Koru Club Member you are automatically entitled to complimentary membership of Airpoints - Air New Zealand's frequent flyer programme. You will be automatically enrolled in the Airpoints programme upon becoming a Koru Club Member.
Discounted Business Premier Airpoints Redemptions
A special allocation of discounted Airpoints long-haul Business Award fares are available in limited quantities to Koru Club members. To view these fares click here.
The Boardroom
For meetings on the move, the Koru Club boardroom in the Wellington Koru Lounge is fully equipped for meetings of twelve to fourteen people. The boardroom is available to members and guests, even when not travelling on the day. The Koru Lounge in Auckland also has a boardroom seating up to eight people. This room is available to members and guests, but as it is in a secure area, only people travelling from Auckland on that day will have access.
Additional boardrooms are also available in the Auckland and Wellington airport terminals. These facilities may attract a hireage fee upon booking. Please enquire at the relevant airport:

Koru Office
Should you need the use of an office while travelling, you'll find one fully equipped and waiting for you in the Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin Koru Lounges. Plug in your laptop and make full use of the Internet, fax, printer and photocopier.
Priority Reservations
Whenever you want to make a flight reservation you'll receive priority service our dedicated toll-free number for Koru Club members.
Priority Waitlisting
As a Koru Club Member, if you wish to book a seat on a preferred flight that is already full, you will receive priority on the waiting list. Please note that waitlisting is not available in conjunction with some of our fares.
Priority Baggage Handling
To make your journey as hassle-free as possible, your baggage will receive priority service when being unloaded wherever possible.
Preferred Seating
Koru Club members are able to request seating in the forward section of the cabin dedicated to premium customers ahead of flight departure on all Air New Zealand flights.
Valet Parking
At Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch airports, valet parking and car care services are available to both domestic and international Koru Club travellers.
Exclusive Rental Car Rates
As a Koru Club member we are pleased to offer you special rates when renting your next vehicle through Avis Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, or Hertz.
