If you are already registered for 'My Account', use the same login details to visit myairnz. If you're not yet registered there are plenty of good reasons why you should.
Some key features are described below, but we recommend you just dive in to myairnz and start making it your own!
myairnz Homepage
Your personal myairnz homepage allows you to organise your Air New Zealand, Airpoints and travel destination information to suit your needs. Keep an eye on your upcoming flights, start a new booking, view a snapshot of your Airpoints account, even check out weather and events at your next destination.
myBookings - View and Manage Your Flights
All the flight bookings associated with your Airpoints account number are listed in myBookings. You can view details of your flights, request seats, and depending on the booking type you may be able to cancel your booking or request a copy of your Electronic Ticket. And if you forgot to add your Airpoints number when you booked, just follow the link in myBookings, tell us your Booking Reference, and we will update your flight list.
myPoints - Airpoints Account Information Online
All your Airpoints account information is available in myPoints, with details of your transactions dating back 12 months. As well as your current balance, you will find information about your tier status including the number of Status Points required to retain your current status or reach the next one. If you are an Airpoints Silver, Gold, or Gold Elite member, you can see how many complimentary upgrades you have left to use.
myProfile
Keeping your personal information up to date makes your online travel bookings quicker and helps us keep in touch with you as much or little as you choose.
myGiftees
Set up and manage your Gifting Register, so you can gift Airpoints rewards to other members of your household. If you are a Gold or Gold Elite member, you will have extra opportunities to gift to friends and family.
