We will transport live animals on certain flights to certain destinations.

There are many factors to consider, as well as rules and requirements of the destination country. The first thing you should do is download the PDF document below and check that you have completed all the basic requirements. Opening PDFs in Internet Explorer 6.0 If problems arise when opening a document within Internet Explorer, try changing the browser configuration: Close the IE6 browser Go to the Start menu on your computer, choose > Acrobat Reader From the Edit Menu in Acrobat Reader, choose Preferences > Internet Uncheck the "Display PDF in Browser" box in the Web Browser Options section and click OK The PDF file should now automatically open in the Acrobat Reader.
